Krótka prezentacja twórczego programu i projektu

Projekt „In Via“ składa się z dwóch części:

a. Podróż i jei filmowanie

b. Tworzenie filmu po powrocie

O projekcie:

Projekt „In Via“ – to trwająca pół roku piesza pielgrzymka z Wilna do Santiago de Compostela. Pielgrzym pójdzie przez Polskę, Czechy, Niemcy, Francję i Hiszpanię, odbędzie się to 2010 roku, od 5 stycznia do 27 lipca, i rezultatem projektu będzie film ilustrujący odbytą podróż.

Każdego dnia podróżnik przejdzie od 20 do 30 kilometrów. Za pomocą video techniki będą utrwalone krajobrazy, gościnni i mniej gościnni ludzie na ulicach miast i wiosek, w mieszkaniach, domach, klasztorach. Podróżnik także będzie nagrywał rozmowy ze spotkanymi ludzi na temat Boga, miłości, wolności i wiary. Z zebranych video nagrań będzie stworzony film - to portrety zwykłych ludzi Europy, ich pogląd na życie i taką podróż. Film ujawni sens życia napotkanych ludzi a także drogi poszukiwania motywacji, różne odpowiedzi na najważniejsze życiowe pytania.

2010 roku 25 lipca to niedziela., więc cały nadchodzący rok będzie obchodzony rok apostoła Jakuba. Taki święty rok bywa tylko w wypadku, jeżeli 25 lipca dzień św. Jakuba wypada w niedziele. Odpust z tej okazji od średniowiecza ściąga masy pielgrzymów z całego świata. Następny Święty rok będzie dopiero za 11 lat.

Jestem przygotowany do podróży, ponieważ w 2007 roku podróżowałem śladami w. Jakuba 800 km z Jean Pied de Port (Francja) do Santiago de Compostelo i w roku 2008 z Leon (Hiszpania) do Santiago 300km. Urywki filmów pierwszych dwóch pielgrzymek będą użyte tworząc film o najnowszej podroży.

Film odzwierciedli aktualność takich pielgrzymek w dzisiejszych czasach. Od dawien dawna takie podróże otwiera ludzi na wewnętrzne zmiany, daje możliwość personalnego rozwoju obcując z uczciwymi ludźmi z całego świata, wzmacnia wiarę,daje nadzieję i wspólnoty z innymi uczucie. Droga św. Jakuba miała duże znaczenie w historii Europy. Z trzech podstawowych dróg pielgrzymkowych (dwa inne to Rzym i Jeruzalem), droga św. Jakuba uważa się za najważniejszy. Razem z innymi pomnikami kultury, ta droga jest na Liście Światowego Dziedzictwa UNESCO. Oprócz tego, miasto Santiago w 2010 roku powita gości różnorodnymi niepowtarzalnymi wydarzeniami.

Le projet „In Via“ sera constitué de 2 parties:

a. Le voyage et son fixage
b. La création du film après le retour

Le projet

Le projet „In Via“ – c‘est le voyage à pied de Vilnius jusqu’à la ville de Santiago de Compostela (Saint-Jacques-de-Composte

lle) en traversant la Pologne, la République tchèque, l’Allemagne, la Suisse, la France et l’Espagne qui va durer du 5 janvier 2010 au 27 juillet 2010 et la création du film sur ce voyage.

Il est prevu de faire à pied 20-30 km chaque jour. Les lieux et les paysages les plus intéressants et les personnes qui seront rencontrées dans les villes et dans les villages, dans leurs habitations comme dans les couvents ainsi que les entretiens avec les personnes rencontrées sur la liberté, l‘amour, Dieu et sur la fois vont être fixés avec le caméra vidéo. Ces enregistrements serviront d‘un fondement pour la création du film sur les personnes venues de toute l‘Europe, sur leur philosophie de vie et l‘opinion qu‘ils pourraient avoir sur ce voyage. Le film va dévoiler la recherche du sens de la vie et la motivation des personnes rencontrées, les réponses diverses qu‘ils donnent aux questions essentielles de la vie.

En 2010, le 25 Juillet (la fête de St Jacques) tombera le Dimanche, c‘est pourquoi l‘année prochaine est proclamée l‘Année Sainte de l‘Apôtre Saint Jacques. Les indulgences qui sont accordées pendant cette Année Sainte sont la motivation pour beaucoup de pèlerins d‘etreprendre ce pélérinage. La prochaine Année Sainte sera dans 11 ans.

J‘ai déjà fait le pélérinage à pied sur le chemin de Saint Jacques en 2007 (800 km à partir de St-Jean-Pied-de-Port en France) et en 2008 (300 km à partir de Léon en Espagne), cest pourquoi je me sens prêt pour ce pélérinage. Par ailleur, le matériel vidéo de ces deux voyages précédants sera aussi utilisé pour la création du film après ce grand voyage.

Le film essayrait de montrer le sens profond et l‘actualité des pélérinages aujourd‘hui. Dès temps anciens les pélérinages preparent l‘homme aux changements intérieurs importants, offrent les possibilités du perfectionnement personnel, fortifient la fois, renouvellent l‘espérance et le sens de la fraternité. Le chemin de Saint Jacques avait fait la plus grande influence en aidant à affirmer l‘identité chretiènne en Europe. Il y a trois chemins du pélérinage les plus importants en Europe (les deux autres sont à Rome et à Jérusalem), mais le chemin de Saint Jacques est considéré comme le plus important entre eux. Ce chemin est inscrit sur la liste du patrimoine culturel de l‘UNESCO grâce à ces monuments historiques et culturels nombreux. En plus, pendant l‘année 2010 beaucoup de manifestations importantes vont être organisés à Santiago de Compostela.

O projektu:
Projekt “In Via” to je půlroční poutnická cesta Litevce 05.01. – 27.07.2010ze Vilniusu pěšky přes Polsko, Čechy, Německo, Švýcarsko, Francii a Španělsko do města Santiago De Compostela a vytvoření filmu o této poutnické cestě.

Každý den pěšky se bude jít kolem 20-30 km. Kamerou bude filmovat nejzajímavější místa, krajiny, pohostinské a nepohostinské lidé, ulice měst a vesnic, pohovory v bytech, v domech, v klášterech, rozhovory o lásce, svobodě, Bohu a víře. Film tvořený na základě materiálu cesty - to portréty lidí, jejich názory na život a takovou cestu. Tento film poukáže životní význam a motivaci lidí, základní otázky a odpovědi života.

25. července, 2010 je neděle a příští rok je rokem svatého Jakuba. Svatý rok je jenom tehdy, kdy 25. července - den sv. Jakuba je neděle. V takovém roku posvícení od Středověká přitahovalo stále hodně poutníků z celého světa. Druhý svatý rok bude jenom po 11 let.

Poněvadž v 2007 r. cestou svatého Jakoba jsem šel pěšky 800 km od St. Jean pied de Port ve Francii do Santiago de Compostelos a v 2008 r. od Leon v Španělsku do Santiago 300 km, jsem připravený na tuto cestu a materiál o těchto cestách by byl také použitý na tvoření filmu.

Tento film by poukázal na význam takových poutnických cest a aktuálnosti v současné době. Od starých let takové cesty nutí člověka hledat cestu vnitřní změny, poskytuje možnosti osobního pokroku komunikace mezi lidmi ze celého světa, posilují víru, vrátí naději a pocit společenství. Cesta Svatého Jakuba asi měla největší význam pro evropské dějiny k upevnění křesťanské identity. Ze třech poutnických cest (jiné do Romy a Jeruzaléma), poutnická cesta svatého Jakuba je nejhlavnější. Tato cesta s řadou historických a kulturních památek je zařazena do Světového dědictví UNESCO. Navíc, v sv. roku 2010 ve městě Santiago bude hodně velkolepých výhledů.

A brief presentation of the IN VIA Project

The IN VIA Project consists of two parts:

a. A pilgrimage and its account on a film medium
b. Production of a film after the pilgrimage

About the project:

The IN VIA Project is a six-month walking pilgrimage by a Lithuanian from Vilnius to Santiago de Compostela along the Way of Saint James via Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland, France and Spain starting on 5 January 2010 and ending on 27 July 2010 and the production of a film about it.


Covering 20 to 30 km each day, I will record the most interesting and spectacular places and landscapes, welcoming or not so welcoming people on the streets, in the houses and monasteries in cities, towns and villages along the route sharing their thoughts on freedom, love, faith and the God. The pilgrimage-based film to be produced on return to Vilnius will display a gallery of European people‘s portraits, their views on life and this kind of travel – pilgrimage. The film will convey the people‘s met on the road search for motivation and meaning of life, their different answers to the essential questions of life and being.

25th July in 2010 falls on a Sunday, so Santiago de Compostela will be celebrating the Holy Year of the Apostle James. The year is declared holy whenever the Day of St James, 25th July, falls on a Sunday. Plenary indulgence given in the Holy Year has attracted countless pilgrims from around the world since medieval times. The next  Holy Year will be celebrated in 11 years.

Having walked the Way of Saint James from St Jean Pied de Port, France (800 km) in 2007 and from León, the Spanish Province of Castilla (300 km) in 2008, I feel well-prepared for this pilgrimage. Besides, I‘m going to use the filmed material from the previous journeys in the production of the film on this big pilgrimage. 

The film will reveal the meaning and significance of such expeditions nowadays. Since ancient times, pilgrimages have helped one to open for important inner changes, providing encounters with many good people from around the world, have paved the way for one‘s personal growth, strengthened faith and returned hope and a feel of communion. The Way of Saint James has played arguably the greatest role in establishing the Christian identity in European history. Out of the main pilgrim routes (the other two lead to Rome and to Jerusaleum), the Way of Saint James is considered the most important one. With numerous objects of historic and cultural heritage, this route has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. In the Holy Year 2010, Santiago de Compostela will meet pilgrims with a great number of spectacular events.

Eine kurze Vorstellung des kreativen Programms, Projekts

Das Projekt „In Via“ besteht aus zwei Teilen:

a. Reise und Dokumentation
b. Machen eines Filmes nach der Rückkehr

Über das Projekt:

Das Projekt „In Via“ ist eine Halbjarespilgerreise eines litauers, die fängt am 5 Januar 2010 und dauert bis 27 Juli. Er geht von Vilnius aus zu Fuß über Polen, Tschechien, Deutschland, Schweiz, Frankreich und Spanien auf dem Jakobsweg nach Santiago de Compostela und macht anschliessend einen Film darüber.


Er geht jeden Tag 20 bis 30 kilometer zu Fuß und hält dabei mit der Videocamera fest die intersantessten Orte, Landschaften, gastfreundliche und weniger gastfreundliche Menschen auf den Strassen von Dörfen und Städtchen, in den Wohnungen, Häusern, Klöstern und die Gespräche mit ihnen über Freiheit, Liebe, Gott und Glauben. Der Film, der aus diesem Material entsehen wird, soll ein Portrait von ganz Europas einfachen Menschen werden, über ihre Lebenseinstellung und ihre Einstellung zur so eine Reise. Der Film soll reflektieren ihre Suche nach dem Sinn des Lebens, der Motivation und zeigen unterschiedliche Antworten auf die Grundfragen über das Leben und das Sein.

Der 25 Juli 2010 ist ein Sonntag, also das ganze kommende Jahr wird das Jahr des heiligen Apostels Jakobs. Das passiert nur dann,wenn der 25 Juli, Tag des heiligen Jakobs, auf einen Sonntag fällt. In solchem Jahr gefeierte Ablaßfeste ziehen schon seit dem Mittelalter große Mengen Gläubiger aus der ganzen Welt. Das nächste heilige Jahr ist in 11 Jahren.

Weil ich bereits im Jahr 2007 pilgerte zu Fuß den Jakobsweg 800 km von St. Jean Pied de Port in Frankreich bis Santiago de Compostela und im Jahr 2008 von Leon in Spanien bis Santiago 300 km, bin ich für diese Reise vorbereitet. Außerdem das Filmmaterial aus den beiden ersten Reisen wird in dem neuen Film benutzt.

Der Film soll den Sinn und Aktualität von Pilgerreisen in unserer Zeit darstellen. Schon seit alten Zeiten solche Reisen öfnen den Menschen für die wichtigen inneren Änderungen, geben ihm die Möglichkeit zum persönlichen Wachstum in Begegnungen mit gläubigen Menschen aus der ganzen Welt, stärkt den Glauben, gibt die Hoffnung und das Gemeinschaftsgefühl zurück. Der Jakobsweg hatte überaus die grösste Bedeutung in der Geschichte Europas was das Fetigen der christlichen Identität angeht. Von den drei
wichtigsten Pilgerwegen (die beiden anderen gehen nach Rom und Jerusalem) der Jakobsweg wird für den wichtigsten gehalten. Mit den vielen historischen und kulturellen Denkmälern gehört der Weg zur der UNESCO Liste der kulturellen Erbe der Menschheit. Außerdem wird die Stadt Santiago seine Pilgergäste in diesem heiligen Jahr 2010 mit vielen eindrucksvollen Veranstaltungen empfangen.
